Contact your local neighbourhood housing office to log repairs to council homes and to report neighbour and environmental problems (such as dirty streets, pavements and stairwells, dumped rubbish, dog mess, abandoned cars, graffiti, or broken lights and lifts). The neighbourhood offices can also direct you to the nearest cash office where you can pay your rent.
